Mine had a CD in the box with it, or any poster or booklet with it?
Some of the exercises I can't do, but most I can adapt or change to work for me. Some I just don't even try, cause they will cause more problems.
you can look for videos or websites (Google videos or You tube etc) with exercises to do on them, and just experiment to find what makes you feel better and works for you.
Start easy and go slow, pay attention to how your body is responding.
