Maybe we all gave ourselves RSD through dancing since we all seem to have that in common! Just kidding of course.

I also used to have the same sleep problem until I had my first Ketamine treatment in November. Since then, I've also been taking Trazodone at night along with my melatonin and 5-HTP and I now sleep like a rock. It's truly been amazing.

I did try a bunch of prescription sleeping pills and OTC ones in the past but none worked. The trazodone is used off label for RSD pain and sleep. If you've never tried it, it might be worth a shot.
