I read that you should stay on a candida diet for as many months as the years you feel you may have been delaing with candida issues. For some of us, this is an unknown time frame. My daughter was born with thrush, so I am thinking I must have been dealing with candida when pregnant with her, if not longer. So, in that respect, I feel I will need to stick very close to the candida diet for 28 months since she is 28 yrs old. I am now 9 months into the diet and doing so much better!

We urge all doctors to take time to listen to your patients.. don't "isolate" symptoms but look at the whole spectrum. If a patient tells you s/he feels as if s/he's falling apart and "nothing seems to be working properly", chances are s/he's right!
