Hi Cheryl AND WELCOME!! I'm glad you found us but I'm sorry you need us!

Wow, you have had a very rough time! To be honest, I've never heard of that ailment, but it certainly does sound painful. I have a cervical herniation, but I know that's no where near the name thing. Most of my troubles are lumbar.

Hopefully someone who has more knowledge will chime in and talk with you. But you might get more answers on the Spinal Disorders forum. There are more people there who would more likely answer you.
