Just emailed my PM doc. The block is done (for purely informative construct):
"Para vertebrally, approximately one and half an inch from the midline. Oblique view, between the lateral processes, contacting the antero lateral part of the L2 and L4 bodies in a 2 needle approach and inject approximtely 20 ml of a local anesthetic."
