Well that may be because I'm a paralegal myself and have helped people through the Appeals Council. It's hard work. I'm glad to hear you're getting the right advice, the Appeals Council says they are trying to cut down on the waiting time but after several years I have yet to see that happen. I hope you don't get discourage because when you're sick, you need the help and that's part of the reason why we work, to get all the benefits we deserve.
