What type of TOS do you have? It sounds like from what you wrote that you have neurogenic. It seems awfully soon to consider it a full recovery from the surgical aspect. What symptoms are you still having? Maybe your body and nerves are still recovering and it will take more time to see the full effects of the surgery. It's great that you have full range of motion, perhaps the pain aspect just needs more time.
