The omeprazole does not work in the stomach directly.
It passes thru the stomach (it has enteric coating to protect the drug) into the intestines where it is absorbed there and moves thru the bloodstream to the cells in the stomach to reduce acid flow (inhibit the pumps that make the acid).
We don't have dromperidone in US.
I am not finding it in our drug checkers here.
I don't think it would be a problem, but ask your chemist anyway.
Take the B's in the morning, as that is when most people find they work the best. You can take C... an Ester form is easier on the stomach if acid is your problem. It is called Ester C.
