Take the B's in the morning, as that is when most people find they work the best. You can take C... an Ester form is easier on the stomach if acid is your problem. It is called Ester C.

dromperidone moves the food around more in the stomach, so it don't stay in 1 plays to long! I started them as im cutting down on the Omeprazole, as they seem to make my anxiety stronger
So It's ok to take The B's in the morning at the sametime as my meds?.
Or little after with food?
I have to take my Omeprazole first thing in the morning before food, and another 1 at night.
What mg Ester C shall i take.. i dont have any orange juice at all.
