I'd just take the Bs and C after breakfast.
I'm 35
I try the Bs and C and see how i get on. is there a good Ester C you would recomend?
I come across a Holland & Barrett - Non Acidic Ester C with Bioflavonoids Caplets (500mg) that any good?
