Please help !!!
I just started to count my calories... I'm eating 1,200 calories per day because I can't do exercise...
First week I lost 7 pounds and was so happy, but last week I didn't loose ANYTHING !!!

I'm so sad !!!
I'm drinking 8 glasses of water...
What could be happening ?? I'm so sad and mad
Do I have to eat less and less calories every week ?? Last time I countes calories was 10 years ago and it worked perfectly fine, is it my age or wwhat !?
