I take a med usually Rx'd for prostate, but my PCP gave it to me for hypertension. No prostate problems at all ! But they jump to the conclusion right away.

If I might make a suggestion...
We've put all our meds/supplements (along with pharmacy & PCP info) into a spreadsheet (any type of table will do) and just update it and print off a copy the night before a visit. Then write "
see attached" on the form they give you. We have columns for med name, dosage, frequency, and notes (including
reason for taking).
Saves time and reduces the stress/redundancy...
