7 pounds is a great loss. Some weeks you might not lose as much. After you get a pattern of a few weeks, you can calculate your average. The point is not home much you lose this week or that week. The point is to lose weight long term and keep it off.

You have done great.
Now go eat 4 or 5 cups of fruits and vegetables tomorrow.
