I'm sorry you're not feeling well. My sleep pattern is all over the place, too. I usually only sleep - at the most - three hours at a stretch. I'm up and down all night. But I don't usually nap during the day. I start my "nap routine" at about 8 PM and I'm up and down all night. I usually sleep my best from about 6 AM to 9 or 10 AM. Could be the LDN I take but I've taken it for years so you'd think I'd have some sort of a sleep routine by now. Maybe this
is my routine.
Do you take anything to help you sleep? It could be the combination of meds you take during the day that keeps you up at night.

Sometimes it seems like the things that are supposed to help us just cause problems of their own.
