I sleep well but only in spurts. I usually sleep the best and longest in the morning, from 7 to 11. If I get up earlier than that, I am never really fully awake.
Try not to stress about it, Craig and just go with the flow. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I just lay there and watch TV (always on), until I go back to sleep. If I get up, then it's much harder to go back to sleep.
