so far as i understand the therapy is to inject some kind of suger solution in the affected area, and thereby causing an inflammation which should restart the healing process and bringing it to an end

rsd was first called "heilsentzündung" by Dr. Sudeck, which in english means healinginflammation, so the theory is interessting but the webpage to me seems not seriouse enough

i´ve just looked up if there are any studies on prolotherapy and rsd, and there are non, but prolotherapy seems to have shown to be effective in ow back pain, several tendinopathies, and osteoarthritis
