I just found out I have sensitivities to Gluten, Soy, Dairy, Eggs, and Yeast. Probably corn too, is my guess, but not sure. Is anyone else on here the same?
Well, I eat no grains at all, including rice. I also do not touch any of the "fake" grains like buckwheat, quinoa, and such. I can't eat nightshades, cruciferous veggies, red meat, sugar, yeast, sweeteners other than stevia...the list continues.

I do not use recipes. I eat chicken, rarely fish, green beans, peas, carrots, zucchini, acorn squash, pumpkin, almonds, walnuts, apples, pears, peaches, cherries, and I make my own almond milk. Actually, I eat much healthier than just about anyone I know!

We urge all doctors to take time to listen to your patients.. don't "isolate" symptoms but look at the whole spectrum. If a patient tells you s/he feels as if s/he's falling apart and "nothing seems to be working properly", chances are s/he's right!
