Here's an update if anyone's still interested.
Monday, I went to the doctor. He asked if I read his email, and I played it off as if I thought it was an old reading.
He said it was not, then that was when I said I was bit confused since they were quite similar.
I got the doctor to review the radiologist report. (Thanks for the tip Mvoyvich)
Anyway, he pulled it up on the computer and read it. I asked about the discrepancies. He looked at my old records, and he said that MRI and CTs can have different reading and measurements.
I pretended to agree, but I stayed on the point that one said a remnant and another said the thymus was 5.7 cm., leaving the thought that it was a vast difference in the air unsaid.
I did maintained my stance that I have to understand why I was fighting to breathe one year ago, which started all of this.
I mentioned the quick turn around/analysis of my MRI and he said it was possible for the radiologist to do the report in that time. In fact, I think I was off by 22 hours, so I actually had my appointment nearly one day before the email.
So, there was a possibility it was read, but it didn't explain the drastic size change or why it was written as if contrast was administered.
The doctor said I should get a second opinion.
I didn't want to make a big deal of it, but I did ask the doctor to give a printout of the report, even though he quietly told me he shouldn't be giving this report.
I kindly thanked him and inched out the room.
