Where you are now, is an extreme result of low B12 levels.

MS shares similar damage to neurons, as combined degeneration. Look over that list and see what you want to pursue. In general myelin is restored by Omega-3 fatty acids and B12, B6 and folate. The RX vitamin Metanx has the 3 Bs in activated form to help with this process.
