Thank-you MaddyB and Trix for your responses. Would you mind if I asked what your disabilities are? I take it you both have TOS, but do you have other medical issues or ACDF surgery when you applied for disability Trix/MaddyB? I have until May before my LTD runs out and I applied for CPP-D in December. I had a bone scan recently and waiting for my family dr to give me the results, he stated really do not want to go there lol, I've had back issues since 1992, he feels terrible since my neck surgery was not successful and does not want me to have more surgery yet.
