I don't have that problem. Talk to your neuro about it. Mestinon can cause increased salivation, bronchial secretions and sweating. It may be that 90 mg. is too much for you to take or an "overdose" for you.
Not everyone has the exact same amount of loss of muscle receptors by the antibody attack. Therefore, not everyone needs the same amount of acetylcholine. And Mestinon use also depends on how much acetylcholine you "use up" by what activities you do. More is not always better with Mestinon.
I hope you can find a way to make it work well for you.
