I caught something in the RSDA newsletter this month that I thought I would throw out here. They are beginning to find out that if a person immediatly begins to take vitamin c after a fracture, it can prevent RSD from setting in. So I guess that if I know anyone that gets a fractured bone, I am going to recommend that they start taking vitamin c at once. Wow! If only I had known this over 8 years ago, I wonder what it could have prevented? Have a good evening all, Lisa
