Yes, after many years of legal cases

#1 Finally recieved my retirement disability from my job 2008. DOI 2000. Yes, I had to retain an attorney to receive what was rightfully mine, what I paid into even though I was terminated due to my injury and they could not accommodate my limitations.

#2 Denied SSDI 3 years ago, appealed and judge granted SSDI this time last year. Retro payments to 2003 the day I left work for surgery. Yes, i continued to work for 3 years in pain while seeing stupid w/c docs and physical therapists sayng they could cure me.

#3 Workers Comp is coming to a close after 11 1/2 years. The defense was waiting for my cancer to come back in order not to have to pay out. Depo #2 was 1 week after my last chemo in 2006. His first question was "what is your prognosis with the cancer?" The AME only reported me as 81% however the defense has brain washed him that rounded shoulders and my congenital VSD was partially causation of TOS. My Docs say its "b***s**t" as the rounded shoulders was caused by the injury, long hours of working & pain, the VSD left me with absolutely no disability as I a a dancer & in sports with no ill effects, no medications or re-checks. I was healthy as a horse and didnt need a cardiologist for 30 years until the injury when the BP started rising due to the pain and anger with the ins company. The AME could not stand up to the defense due to his lack of education in TOS & CRPS. Therefore Im only deamed 50% disabled. INSANE! Finally trial in front of a judge Monday...postponed to February 14th as of today

I can betcha $1mil the pennies i get from all this stress & frustration could have been avoided if the correct medical specialists and timming of all the delays and denials would have been approved. I would have been back to work at least a couple of hours a day/week.

Moral of the story: as frustrating as it all is...DO NOT GIVE UP! Fight, fight fight and research like you never have.
