Default Hey! I can actually walk better in those New Balance 550 conditioning shoes

I decided to try this conditioning shoe (the Reebok look dangerous) to make the most of whatever walking I do outside the house. When I tried them on and slowly stood up, not only did I not fall on my face, I could tell how really cattywhompas my left foot and left ankle were on my weak left leg. Not only did it improve walking with my cane, I can even walk without my cane very slowly for a little while without feeling out of balance.

By the end of my day shopping with my friend, I did have some aching, but I expected that because of the muscle groups worked. The left foot and ankle were hurting because of finally walking correctly (even with my cane) but that pain was gone by morning.

If this will help strengthen my left foot and leg and correct my balance, maybe I will be able to eventually give up the cane.
