My first "real" job was at the Hidden Inn in the Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs. It was your basic tourist trap, selling everything from postcards & t-shirts to native jewely and rugs. The building's built into the back of one of the giant Gateway rocks, and is still there, though it is no longer used as a store. I think they gave it back to the Native American tribe that owned it once upon a time. It's really quite old.
My first car was a blue 1969 Dodge Coronet 440. Oh yeah, FAST car.
