Is that Benfotiamine in a mixture? or is it alone?

If alone 300mg a day to start. After 2 or 3 months you may be able to go down to 150.

If that product is a mixture....please give me the other ingredients.

Alpha lipoic should start at 600mg a day.
The newer form, r-lipoic may be used at 100mg a day.
