Take one step at a time. You can handle those things you list. They are not fun, but you can get them done. For me sometimes I to do these kinds of things with no feeling or attachments to them. I get them done and move on to the next thing. OK. I'm not good at this yet, but for certain things I can do it. I've been practicing, you might say.

I'm sorry that you are having a hard time. Can you get the friend's accountant person to do it for you? That might be an easy job for someone who is used to dealing with it.
