My second block was two injections of depo medrol in my sacroiliac. Best sleep ever, then four to five weeks close to pain free, and my poor swollen feet actually looked normal. Whatever I had this time is not nearly as affective. But I think cortisone affects the liver so they have limits to how much in a year you can get.
But I glad they are giving Lori a maintenance dose. The benefit she derives is probably greater than the risk to her liver.
