If it is PN and not Fibro or some other malady, extensive testing to rule out many things are necessary.
There is no smoking gun test to say "Aha-PN!".

for tests for PN to eliminate one-by-one. 99% will be 'normal' or 'OK'.
It will be a cumulative, subjective, diagnosis.
