Dear Ali,
I think I shout, "I hate socks" , well a lot, but not as much because I'm pretty sure my husband knows it by now. I went to my grandsons' basketball game and I didn't want to wear my big 'protection from the cold' boots but to wear the more fashionable boots I needed heavier socks to keep warm. At 60 you'd think fashionable would be a non-issue, but anyway it probably won't be an issue anytime too soon because the socks caused me so much pain when I took them off. And I had to walk quite a bit to get to the gym because my husband could not go and drop me at the door as normal. But it was worth it.

And I wear a pair of long leggings all the time to keep my leg from being more sensitive. Sometimes I just can't stand it and have to pull them up above my knees, but I do think wearing them all the time helps. I can't wear nylons though, excrutiatingly painful.

Thank you for all your wisdom in such a young mind. And thank you for letting me know you are a member of the 'I hate socks' group!
