Have you tried to reach your district manager yet? Their job is to make sure the caseworkers are doing their job. I would call my local office and ask them for your district managers name and number. It should be a different number. Sometimes they try to put you with someone in the same office, don't buy it. I don't understand how you went from SSD to SSI. Or well, give it a shot you have nothing to lose at this point.
