[WHAT ARE "LIMITED RESOURCES"?

Resources are things you own such as:

cash;
bank accounts, stocks, U.S. savings bonds;
land;
vehicles;
personal property;
life insurance; and
anything else you own that could be converted to cash and used for food or shelter.
