This can become a serious problem. It happened to me. Your mouth needs the natural saliva to keep decay from growing. When I was on a morphine sulfate, and from what I have been told they are the worse meds. in this regard, my mouth was so dry it did damage and quickly like 4 months. The dentist told me to stop taking it which I did my PM Doctor switched me to something else. But what important is the dentist RXed a medication that brings saliva to the mouth. I don't remember the name it began with an R. Ask you dentist.
