That sour hard candy is ok occasionally but it will cause more problems if you need to use it regularly because of meds side effects. The citric acid that makes the sour will eat away at your mouth and leave a canker sore. That's why I think if I could just find a small stone that I wouldn't swallow I would use it, but if I did ....... there are so many questions. hahhaa.
