I use Atomic Fireballs. They last a long time, and they cinnamon helps keep my mouth feeling fresh. Not so much with gum as I have TMJ and it makes my jaw hurt. I have not been able to figure out which med is the one that does this or if it is just all of them. It gets really bad when I have to do a speaking presentation or interview.
