Sugarkiss, have you consider counting carbs?
I did the 100 carbs or less a day and loss thirty pounds. Heck, I was on a roll and could of loss more, but I was getting too skinny.
If you love meat, it's definitely the diet for you, but you still can have bread and a candy bar on it.
