If you choose to use the Metanx.... you must take it on an empty stomach, because of the B12 content. Food impairs absorption of B12.
You should see some improvement in about a month or so...and with time that may grow. But the other supplements work differently on diabetic neuropathy.
Type I diabetes is thought to be mostly autoimmune in nature, and Vit D levels help with that.
