This vitamin mixture as been discussed here in detail.
Here is a good thread on it recently, and near the end a doctor came on with new information and his take on it.
This thread is about whether the generic is equivalent, but during the discussion other things are brought up. What I feel is excessive is the high dose of methylfolate...so read the thread and see:

Basically this product is unique in that it supplies 3 ACTIVATED forms of the 3 B's needed to prevent high homocysteine and help neuropathies. But it can only help if you are deficient in these nutrients.
