good to see you round again :-) Any headache with associated pain should be checked out. I can say what it is for me, but for you it may be different and because we have other underlying problems, better to get it checked out.

So you are moving to California, how far is that from Maine(an Aussie here), its warm there isn't it, when I think of California I guess the first thing that comes to mind is beaches.............
Hope you do get a good internist once you get there, its always good to have someone who will listen and help out when things go bad.
