for the verizon browser does the whole thing seem to be too big for your screen?
maybe try display settings in control panel -
control panel/display/settings
try a smaller size /less pixels?? just to see if that helps?

or does your monitor have adjustments buttons on the front - maybe try those for smaller or adjust side to side /top to bottom??

Is the verizon browser the only one you have?

does internet explorer not work either?

on that [I clicked on Tools > Internet Options > Programs > ...but there was nothing
that said Manage Add-ons.]
it's down towards the bottom a button took me a minute to find it - but no "req.dat" on mine. but mine works fine when I use it {rarely} except it doesn't like the mcafee security programs very much {have to start IE twice before it loads}
