Joelle, I wouldn't make the house available except when it was convenient for me. And if you have to use your MS as as excuse.....use it! We have to put up with this stupid disease....we should use it whenever we need a good excuse.

When an agent calls I'd tell them the days of the week and the hours of the day it will be available and let them work around you. All other times I'd turn the phone off!
