you have me thinking...gross subject but i have chronic diarrhea too and my dr cant figure out why and i have just been dealing with it...i didnt think about other food allergies..i love everything carb...i am very overweight and bed ridden too so losing weight has been impossible. i dont even know where to start or what to start cutting out. is there and RSD food list anywhere of things that make us less miserable then other foods? do you have a list you can send me Alice...im sorry to ask you to go out of your way but it seems like you can really help me,
