there is the natural vit E as well as the synthetic E - that might be another thing to consider with supplements - quality of the ingredient, absorbability etc.
I used to read about all this vitamins/supplements stuff ages ago, but my brain can't multi task like it used to...

I've forgotten much of it and new findings have come into play also.
