Thanks for your kind words and encouragement

I saw my accupressure guy yest. and he said my upper back/shoulders were very tight, so much so that it was pulling on my hips and one leg was about 1 inch shorter than the other...yikes, no wonder I hurt so bad. He did some accupressure (not accupuncture) adjustments and I felt a big relief in the tightness/soreness in my upper back. So I'm going to work with him for a while and see if he can get my muscles to loosen up and relax some more.

The flip side...of course, isn't there always one...is that I walked out of there with my lower back hurting! His adjusting up top affected my lower half, so had to turn up my lumbar remote. I was getting very disheartened last night so went to bed early, praying that the Lord would help me deal with all of this.

When I got up this morning I thought, what the heck, let's run through the cervical programs again and see if I can't find something that'll work. I reluctantly went back to my very first cervical program and lo' and behold it has been helping me quite a bit all day It was the program that I came out of surgery with and then it stopped helping around mid Dec. so I'd pretty much given up on it. I am sooo happy that it's helping now. Maybe, just maybe, it'll work for me again now that I'm getting unknotted by the accupressure fellow. Cross your fingers, toes and eyes for me, please

Treca: If this old program that I've gone back to doesn't do it for me I'll bring up what you said to my dr. and see what he thinks. Thanks for the info.!!
