the one I want at Costco, I've actually seen in person (had to point out to the Costco Pharmacy guy that they put the wheels on backwards...they had the front wheels on the back, and the back wheels on the front. The front wheels were the ones that move, the back wheels were fixed.)

I thought it was a fairly decent rollator. Wheels are bigger than the ones on my mom's rollator that she uses in the house.

When I went back and they'd finally put the wheels on it correctly, I looked at it, because at the time I was thinking we might want to think about getting my mom a new one. Now I want it. Mostly because it doesnt have the wire basket on it, but a fabric pouch under the seat. (things fall out of my mom's basket all the time) That, and it's blue.

Online at Costco, it's $89, that's with a $25 rebate. Not sure if they have same deal at the store.

It's not a cost issue with my dad. He was all for me wanting to spend $50 on a cane I saw online last night, I didnt get it, decided to look and see if I can find something locally for a cane so I can look at it and feel it before buying...but I wanted that cane and he said it would have been ok to get it. (it was cool...it had a silver handle and the shaft of the cane was decorated in red, white and blue. I love patriotic stuff)

So, I dont think money was the issue. He was just in a bad mood because my mom was nagging him. It's just frustrating that I felt he was blowing me off and not really listening and then telling me it would make me more disabled. That's dumb. It'll be more helpful than the stick is right now.

I'm tired. Trying to walk with that cane is frustrating and actually makes me more tired. I almost feel better holding onto the wall like I did when I had vertigo.

I'm kind of hoping my dad will come home from Costco with one of those rollators for me. Not counting on it tho.

I'm hoping to go get my hair cut tomorrow. He's got to drive me downtown for that. Maybe he'll stop at one of the medical supply stores on the way home and let me go shopping for a rollator there, but those stores charge over $200 for some of their stuff. I think I can get by with the one from Costco.
