Yes I have had I stimulated I have suffred from major none stop pain I would call your medtrion. rep ASP it is hard due to batties and that write everything down I had stop using mine due to it felt like it was jolts in my whole head like in hospital when they use paddel to bring someone back when they stop breathing I am having mine removed but they are going replace in a month or so do to my request they can due adjustment and alot of things call doc. my leads are in my neck to low they really hurt but have u tried kepping it on lowest setting mine felt like pin poking it does low down but I never lost feeling from normal pain yes I goe num in my face but not in hands shoulders I hope you feel better. there not easy to deal with with charging I was told the charge cango down but dont let it go down to much also what is your setting at maybe go to lowest and have on longer but check with someone asap
mine will be removed then next one will be higher in head lower neck and new one will be in crown area is your 4 section u can turn on 1 section hope help a bit missy I think all batterty are in back my wires go up my back and spine to neck then it 4 sections in my head..
