Tyson, my opinion is that you should be careful working, epecially a job where you have to drive.
I have similar trouble...if I don't work, I start feeling like I can work again, and then when I do go back to work my MG symptoms get worse and worse until I can't work anymore. I've been going through this cycle of working and quiting since I got MG...I keep trying to work because I need the income. My conclusion is that I have very mild MG if I don't work and severe MG if I do. I prefer the mild MG by far.
I think that if you continue to take it easy you have a higher chance of ending up with a milder form of MG in the end. There must be another job that doesn't require driving and that requires only a little physical work.
I think it is smart to question whether this job is right for you (or any of us with MG).
