I simply cannot eat aspertame. it gives me a mind blowing headache. I am nauseous, and cant focus and simply must go to bed. its like my brain is bubbling. Awful awful stuff.

If I had my way I would vote to have it removed from our diets. Did you know your body converts it into Formaldehyde in your body? ick!
