Yeah, I have the mayo with the Olive oil. Had some tuna last night and it was divine. No bread, just some tuna with that mayo.

Oh, I start my binge thing tomorrow. This should be cool.

My friend told me to get on their mailing list. So I'm looking into that.

I went to my local Arab store (the ones that sell the fenugreek seeds), and I noticed that they sell Ghee.

I've never used it. Going to go online and see what that is all about and how it compares to Organic Coconut Oil.

My goodness, the changes I'm making are astronomical.
