I'd listen to Mrs D's recommendations and if you can? Do try to keep up on those things.
Don't forget also, that Mrs D has also discussed the balance some of us must maintain between supplements [Calcium, Magnesium and ViteD] to help offset those muscle tremors and such and that while this combo is mostly applied to bone? It also helps muscles a bit too.
Are you being scheduled for any PT? Good PT NOW rite after surgery could help you as you heal get the rite nerves stimulated and growing...as well as not losing ground for muscle tone in the recovery process..ASK? All they can do is say NO..and give you a reason or YES as you can tolerate it?
I Know you've been to unpleasant places and maybe now back to better? I for one? AM SO GLAD you are hurting LESS! !!!!!

Thank you very much Dahlek. I have had a real hard time loging on again.I am doing PT but am having trouble walking and have foot drop so am not in the best shape right now. All this from a herniated disc. I will keep you posted.
